Protecleaning ® have the most advance techniques for upholstery repair, ex: rips, cuts and burnings.

Protecleaning®, guarantee to the original owner (for home use only) his Plan of Treatment under a normal use for result of common spellings and stains, for a period of 10 Years in Fabrics, 10 Years in Funds and 5 Years in mats and rugs. In the case of spilling where the treated article is with one stain/spot, Protecleaning, will provide so that the affected area is professionally clean for one of its technician, without charging anything. If stain/spot could not be removed, Protecleaning will support the cost of the cleanness and will return the cost of the protection.

To be allowed to use this warranty, the customers must:

1. To communicate all the claims to the Protecleaning, in the maximum stated period of five days from the date when the stain occurred;
2. To demonstrate a reasonabel care with protected articles;
3. To clean the dirty area as indicated in the Certificate, in the height where nódoa is discovered;
4. Not to lose the warranty.

This warranty does not include:

1. Stains caused by acid (including animal urin and vomit);
2, Stains caused by inks, colorants, corrosive and withening substances;
3, Normal dirtiness caused by the daily use;
4, Production’s defects , articles that have been submitted to abuses, misstreatment or with rips and cuts.

This warranty substitutes all the other implicit or explicit guarantees, and nobody is authorized to assume or assure the selling of this product. Protecleaning®, will not be responsible for consequent or indirect damages of any type. Protecleaning® will be only obliged to clean the stain/spill and apply again the product in this area.

In claim case if the reason presented by the customer is included in this warranty, the Protecleaning®, will support all costs, if not, the service will be charged.

Our warranty certificate is only valid in Portugal.
